What’s being built

Hours tracking across categories

Candidates log weekly hours with an accurate breakdown of direct client contact, indirect work, and individual and group supervision. Totals roll up against board requirements automatically.

Session logging and documentation

Individual and group supervision sessions are scheduled, documented, and signed within the platform, with per-attendee notes and signatures retained for the record.

Compliance tracking

Progress toward board requirements, evaluation periods, and supervision timelines is monitored continuously, so gaps surface well before a submission deadline.

Supervisor and supervisee portals

Each role has a purpose-built portal: supervisors oversee a full caseload of candidates, while candidates manage their own hours, sessions, and documentation.

Current beta status

SuperviseMe is currently onboarding Oklahoma LPC supervisors and LPC candidates under board supervision.

LMFT and LBP support is in development, with additional states and professions to follow.

New testers are being accepted on a limited basis.
